We're seeking dedicated laborers to support commercial and residential construction sites across the DC metro area.
Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety protocols
- Perform excavation, trenching, and backfilling as directed
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability for early mornings and weekends
- Basic math/measurement skills
