Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems in commercial/industrial environments
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for large-scale projects
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Lead crews on emergency response and critical infrastructure projects
- Train apprentices on advanced electrical techniques and safety protocols
- Implement energy-efficient solutions and smart building technologies
- Document project progress and maintain compliance records
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (CO or TX reciprocal states)
- 5+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Expertise in VFD systems, PLC programming, and power distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification and NFPA 70E training
- Proven project leadership and crew management experience
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to travel between Denver and Texas markets
