As a key member of our installation and maintenance division, you'll work on diverse projects ranging from commercial high-voltage systems to residential rewiring. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices on complex projects
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with other trades
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- Familiarity with OSHA safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
- Ability to work independently in diverse environments (heights, confined spaces)
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex electrical issues
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
