Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsEnsure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale projects
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Assist senior electricians during on-the-job training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored apprenticeship program
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
