Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and California electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Document work orders and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience (California Journeyman/required)
- Valid California Electrician License (Class C-10 or higher)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR certification
- Proficiency with conduit bending, transformers, and VFD systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex electrical issues
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces/heights
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Flexibility for on-call emergency shifts
