Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage material inventory and coordinate with project supervisors
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clean work sites
- Complete daily timesheets and project documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Electrician Journeyman or Master license required
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in residential, commercial, or industrial wiring
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters, circuit testers, and other tools
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility for varied shifts including weekends and overtime
