Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead apprentice electricians during complex projects
- Document all work with detailed service reports
- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour SLA
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Virginia Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in conduit bending and power distribution systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with PLC/VFD experience
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
