Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial/industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience (Colorado Journeyman/Master preferred)
- Valid Colorado electrician license in good standing
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- OSHA 10/30 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proven track record of completing projects on time/budget
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
