Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and state/local regulations
- Lead weekend emergency response teams for urgent service calls
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Manage project timelines and material inventory for weekend assignments
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman/Master Electrician license (WA or VA)
- 3+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards
- Experience with PLC systems and smart home technology
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
