Responsibilities
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Support skilled tradespeople with material handling and site cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist in erecting temporary structures and scaffolding
- Perform general site maintenance and organization tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level positions available
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
