Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to execute precise electrical layouts
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols (NFPA 70E, OSHA standards) and local building codes
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects and troubleshooting
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of electrical components
- Assist with emergency service calls and after-hours maintenance as required
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and circuitry
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Willingness to complete state-mandated apprenticeship program
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
