Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install pipes, fixtures, appliances, and water treatment systems
- Perform emergency plumbing services with minimal notice
- Maintain compliance with NYC plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- NYS Plumber License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina for working in confined spaces and lifting heavy equipment
- Background check and drug-free certification required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
