Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and safely transport them to work areas
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Follow verbal instructions from site supervisors and adhere to safety protocols
- Support demolition, excavation, and foundation work as needed
- Perform general physical labor tasks in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train all new hires
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Basic understanding of English for safety communications
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
