Responsibilities
- Execute structural framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified precision
- Implement safety protocols including fall protection and hazard mitigation
- Coordinate with tradesmen to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Perform site preparation, demolition, and debris management efficiently
- Conduct equipment pre/post-inspections and preventative maintenance
- Read technical drawings and interpret specifications accurately
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience required
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Blueprint reading and basic math skills for measurements
