Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools safely under supervision (hammers, saws, levels)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety standards
- Follow verbal instructions and collaborate effectively with team members
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as needed
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing)
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
