Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and appliances according to blueprints.
- Perform diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve leaks, clogs, and other plumbing emergencies promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and costs clearly to clients.
- Manage on-site inventory and order necessary parts for repairs efficiently.
- Travel to various job sites throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Qualifications
- Valid NY State Master Plumber License or Journeyman certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on commercial and residential plumbing experience.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical schematics, and layout drawings.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, soldering, brazing, and drainage systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in high-pressure situations.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or elevated spaces.
