Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Install and maintain scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and concrete pumps
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for material allocation
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols across all job sites
- Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and carpentry teams
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and quality checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Class A or B driver's license
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, jackhammers, etc.)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
