Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for delivery to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing support.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights when necessary.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team.
