Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and earthwork operations
- Install and remove construction scaffolding and temporary structures
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with certification
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform site preparation and demolition tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Class B driver's license (CDL preferred)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Experience with concrete pouring and finishing
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Flexible availability for overtime and weekend shifts
