Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywalling, and general cleanup.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and machinery under strict supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and obstacles.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long hours, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
