Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, and general site preparation.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety regulations strictly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure safety compliance.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and site managers.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (training available).
- Ability to read basic instructions and safety signs.
- Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA regulations.
