Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks on-site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
