Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning up debris.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as carpentry, painting, or drywall installation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow all project instructions and site safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are highly preferred.
