Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled tradesmen with daily tasks
- Prepare construction sites by moving materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely
- Clean and maintain job sites to meet safety standards
- Load/unload construction materials and supplies
- Follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in daily safety briefings and meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
