Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, excavating, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assembly & Installation: Help assemble and install framing, drywall, or other structural components under supervision.
- Equipment Support: Operate hand and power tools safely, including saws, drills, and levels.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with foremen and other team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to Learn: Open attitude towards training and learning new construction techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high safety standards.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to arrive on time consistently.
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
