Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers)
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Pour concrete, lay foundations, and erect scaffolding
- Demolish structures safely and efficiently
- Install plumbing and electrical systems
- Inspect work sites for compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and project managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Class B commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
