Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely per OSHA standards
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople efficiently
- Complete daily tasks within project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible availability including weekends/overnights
