Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, lifting, and general cleanup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly following OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under the direct supervision of a supervisor.
- Perform minor site preparation, debris removal, and utility trenching as directed.
- Help with inventory management and material organization to ensure project timelines are met.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and site supervisors regarding daily tasks and safety concerns.
Qualifications
- No experience is required. We provide paid on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
