Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete pouring tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) safely
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Maintain job site safety protocols and cleanliness
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and welders
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Adhere to OSHA and local construction regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, levels)
- PA driver's license required
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
