Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor on commercial/residential construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and blueprints
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, etc.)
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Commitment to punctuality and team collaboration
- Willingness to travel to Texas project sites (expenses covered)
