Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials such as lumber, bricks, and concrete.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Dig trenches, set forms, and pour concrete as needed.
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team setting.
