Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential buildings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and California electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project managers
- Maintain detailed project documentation and safety records
- Mentor junior electricians and apprentices
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman license
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential experience
- Proven expertise with PLC systems and industrial controls
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
