Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine layout of electrical systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on complex electrical issues.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople on site to ensure project timelines are met.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial/residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and wiring systems.
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
