Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for precise installations
- Ensure full compliance with NEC codes and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead apprentices and coordinate on-site project teams
- Manage inventory and material procurement for assigned projects
- Document work completion and maintain client communication
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Minimum 3 years of field experience in commercial/residential work
- OSHA 10 certification required (will provide training if needed)
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and ordinances
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Spanish bilingual preferred
