Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and plumbing fixtures according to code
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, and water line repairs
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and professional demeanor
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate job documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, blueprints, and installation techniques
- Ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues and recommend solutions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
