Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying materials (concrete, lumber, tools)
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, levels)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks per blueprints
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction vehicles and equipment
- Complete daily safety checklists and incident reports
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- Previous construction/labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided if needed)
