Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Ensure full compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform safety inspections and energy efficiency upgrades
- Manage projects from estimation to completion
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices
- Respond to emergency service calls within 2 hours
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina electrician license (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Strong knowledge of local building codes
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with smart home integration systems
