Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances according to local codes and regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate estimates and transparent communication.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with dispatch and project managers to prioritize job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber (California State License # required).
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable work experience in the plumbing trade.
- Strong knowledge of local LA building codes and plumbing standards.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
