Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install new plumbing systems following MA building codes and blueprints
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and water distribution systems
- Document service reports using digital tablets and maintain inventory
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with night shift preference
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License (Class I or II)
- OSHA 10 certification and EPA 608 certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex pipe networks and boiler systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Spanish language skills highly valued for diverse client base
