Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Comply with Ohio plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage emergency service calls with rapid response protocols
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with project teams for large-scale installations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with Ohio state license
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic abilities for gas/electrical systems
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Experience with digital scheduling and invoicing software
