Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex commercial plumbing issues with minimal supervision.
- Perform emergency night shift maintenance to ensure business continuity.
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and water heating systems.
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Document all repairs and maintenance activities thoroughly.
- Mentor junior apprentices and maintain high-quality standards on site.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Master or Journeyman Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing.
- Strong availability for rotating night shifts (3rd shift).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
