Responsibilities
- Execute complex plumbing installations and repair tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's property.
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe leaks, drainage issues, and water pressure problems efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Provide superior customer service, acting as a brand ambassador by maintaining a professional appearance and clean workspace.
- Maintain and repair critical systems including water heaters, boilers, and sewage pumps.
- Manage inventory and ensure the proper maintenance of all company vehicles and tools.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify potential issues before they become emergencies.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
- Proven experience in both residential and commercial plumbing projects (5+ years preferred).
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot and fix issues on the first visit.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and a willingness to travel within the region.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
