Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot pipe leaks, clogs, and drainage issues efficiently and accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local and state building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform emergency repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance for clients.
- Collaborate effectively with construction teams and project managers to meet strict deadlines.
- Utilize advanced tools such as video pipe inspection cameras and hydro-jetting equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License required for California.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong working knowledge of California Plumbing Code (Title 24).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
