Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons, with various tasks as directed.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and organizing tools.
- Basic Operations: Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Support: Perform general labor duties such as digging, trenching, and assisting with concrete pouring.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs), and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends or early mornings as needed.
- License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Attitude: A strong commitment to safety protocols and a positive team-oriented mindset.
