Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install water heaters, boilers, and HVAC plumbing components
- Perform emergency service calls and preventative maintenance inspections
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for new construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicles/tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (journeyman/master preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends/on-call for emergencies
