Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Adhere to building codes and safety regulations
- Manage emergency plumbing calls 24/7 rotation
- Collaborate with construction teams on new builds
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials
- Provide detailed service reports to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years plumbing experience required
- Valid NC plumbing license (or reciprocity for VA)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Background check and drug screen required
