Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial piping systems, including water, gas, and drainage.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local codes.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to prevent system failures and ensure safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally to clients.
- Manage time effectively to complete jobs within estimated timeframes.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in Ohio (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong working knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina.
