Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and burst pipes.
- Install, maintain, and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, and various piping systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local, state, and national building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with clients.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Valid and current Ohio Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience in a commercial or residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, drainage systems, and blueprints.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
