Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies (leaks, clogs, pipe bursts)
- Install/repair water heaters, faucets, fixtures, and piping systems
- Perform preventative maintenance for commercial and residential clients
- Read blueprints and schematics to ensure code compliance
- Estimate project timelines and material requirements
- Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts plumbing license (required)
- 3+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Physical stamina for lifting/carrying materials (up to 50 lbs)
