Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Diagnose, install, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our clients by explaining work and answering questions clearly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and national safety codes and regulations at all times.
- Tools & Equipment: Maintain and utilize a wide range of professional plumbing tools and equipment efficiently.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency service calls and resolve issues under time pressure.
- Documentation: Accurately complete job reports and maintain service records.
Qualifications
- License: Valid California State Plumber License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial and residential plumbing experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding technical drawings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Tools: Reliable transportation and own set of basic hand tools.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
